The Artist
I was born in Lancashire, England in 1962 and immigrated to South Africa in 1970. After training in the Air Force, I pursued my love of art and design at the University of Natal and graduated with bachelor of architecture in 1992. I have over 20 years experience as an artist and have had work exhibited locally and internationally. I am happy to announce that I will now be working full time as an artist. I plan to keep this website updated with new artwork so please feel free to check in regularly.
Basic Price Guideline (rates vary according to complexity, background detail, size etc)
Illustrations
$ 60.00 per illustration (Full Colour & Recognisable Background Detail A5 (8.27” x 5.71”) All illustrations are done by hand using Pantone Ink however other mediums can be used if required. I offer a discount if there are more than 20 illustrations per book.
Covers
$ 215.00 A4 (11.00” x 8.50”)
Renderings A3 Renderings are done by hand using Pantone Ink as I feel that these are more aesthetically pleasing than computer generated images. I work from elevations and plans.
